i tore a ligament in my lower back.. i can't really move. this morning at school it hurt so much i was screaming like a mad woman and crying. So embarassing. :-/ I hope to get x-rays soon. I also think a disc is out of allignment. So, please. take care of your body.

My sister had something similar 'cept up in her neck, it's called Y-neck or something. She just woke up one morning in enormous pain, and couldn't move. Had to call an ambulance and everything, and they couldn't do shit, basicaly just told her to keep it immobile and it'd go away in time. Sucked for her.
