One thing that's aggravating (in a different way to my other whinges) is how some side quests require you to rescue a guy being attacked by others, so I got into the habit of doing it. Riding past a poor chap being hounded by two guys shooting at him I came to his rescue without being asked, shot a sheriff (and the deputy), and got a bounty. I can't help but think the developers planned that one deliberately to catch us out!

Oh oh oh, those bastard bushwhackers!! With the damsel in distress and the broken down stagecoach. You ride over to lend a hand and then get jumped by robbers. I bet there's a genuine damsel in distress in the game, but I'll be damned if I ever helped her after that first time.

I came to his rescue without being asked, shot a sheriff (and the deputy), and got a bounty. I can't help but think the developers planned that one deliberately to catch us out!
