What Is 10.11.12?

More viral marketing... for the DVD/Blu Ray?

Given how we already know there's a lot of unused material ("Kill everything... do you copy?" being one of my favourite lines from the trailer... and just the trailer), could there be a director's cut pending? The trailer shows more fighting between Shaw and the Engineer, doesn't it?

quite a few trailer shots not used come to think of it, shaw praying while having a breakdown was one of my favourite trailer moments that didn't appear. ridley's said there's about 30 minutes of unused footage so an extended cut's to be expected.

I can't wait for the extended cut, I'm thinking it'll slow down the 2nd half and make it feel a little less quick paced.

I hope scott makes his sequel right away and forgets blade runner ( a movie best left untouched.)

Prometheus needs to be up to 3 hours long. But an extra 20 or 30 minutes could do wonders.

I wonder if the DVD/BR version will be more bloody than the theatrical version.

Blade Runner: The Final Cut is one of the best films ever made imo. If Ridley Scott tries to revisit it, I will call him stupid and it'd be well founded.

Prometheus built on the mystery of Alien and many of the left-over ideas from that film. It could do with some re-editing too, I reckon.

Blade Runner is complete imo. I mean, shit, did you ever read the sequel novels? They introduce another Roy Batty ffs.

I'd rather Ridley get straight to work on a Prometheus 2 or whatever, and perhaps get a better writer this time.

Blade Runner doesn't really need a sequel; it seems the only motives for a sequel is because it's one of Ridley's popular movies now. But I still would see BR2 regardless.

I didn't think Bladerunner was all that. But seeing as people hold it in even higher regard than Alien the reviews will probably be even worse no matter how good or bad it is.
