So what's the deal with suddenly having to crack my neck all the time?

About halfway through this school year I started feelin a little tight on one side of my neck and, although I've NEVER been able to crack my neck just by turning my head before, I can now get a pretty loud, disgusting pop out of that side when I tilt my head the other way. If I push my head over with my hand I get an even more gross one. Is this a result of bad posture? Sleeping weird? Headbanging? Chronic masturbation?

Anyone else have to crack their neck all the time? I feel like I'm one of those grizzly martial art movie villians.

It sounds like bad posture. Go to the doctor and they'll give you a list of exercises to do, and it'll say at the top that you can do them anywhere, but sitting bolt upright, turning your face slowly from one side to the other in a restaurant will probably get you arrested (especially if accompanied by a grin).

I'd so love to be able to do that! Today alone i encountered 4 situations where i said to myself "i wish i was able to just crack my neck like one of those grizzly martial art movie villains!"

I typically do that anyway. I've found it gets me really top-notch food, and fast.

-Neck

-Knuckles

-Toes

-Jaw

-Elbows

-Ankles

-Tailbone

and SOMETIMES kneebones
