As a racial minority, I don't really give a care about it.

I am currently given an assignment in college to write as many ethnic stereotypes and racial slurs about my race. It is supposed to raise racial awareness but I finally can let loose and make fun of Hispanic culture.

Besides, all they do is Mexican jokes and I just respond with the jist that he got the wrong nationality.

it is actually true though that there are sheep E V E R Y F U C K I N G W H E R E in wales. i mean, seriously. school trip, driving past endless fields, sheep, in every one of them. when we went up a mountain to train for a world challenge trip, and i looked at the other mountains, white dots everywhere, that moved slightly, as though they were stars, hovering and twinkling in the sky, almost imperceptibly.

there weren't any in swansea to be fair, or at escape in the park, but then again they don't seem like enthusiastic ravers - they just stand around and eat grass - and from what i saw of swansea i don't think anyone or anything would go near the place if they could help it

The bars treat you like shit on a shoe, no doubt due to successive armies of English stag parties treating their bars like toilets. But that's the nature of racial stereotypes, isn't it.

the girls i know tend to be more open and willing to discuss the more taboo subjects but i've never heard them say cunt so i tend to avoid doing so myself around them.

it's simply a matter of observing the etiquette any given lady observes and observing it yourself.

yes, a good drinking capacity is always impressive, we know a few girls with large ones, and they regularly shamed our lightweight alcoholic profiles at uni, led to some great banter and many drinking games

i don't tend to stay friends with exs - mainly because i have so few - but that sort of glib openness towards the nether topics is certainly something i'd look for in a girl too. you have great taste sir!

and yes everyone knows strong women will always have the best of us anyway

I must admit that in Spain I was a bit prejudice against englishmen as well, granted on one of the first night some chavs tried to pick a fight with us and I was a bit flabbergasted at how insensitive some of the tourists were towards the native Spaniards (this isn't Resident Evil 4, people!) but that disappears any time I go on these forums or when I went to England and loved it and the people in it.

when i went to majorca with the family, i met loads of locals and loads of british ex pats and holidayers. we went on a few 18 30 club nights and there were generally the kind of wankers you see on those shows, intersparsed with a few really cool people who we hung out and danced with, and it was the same story at the hotel, loads of chavs, a few cool people and so forth. the locals were polite but seemed not to mix with any tourists. was a good holiday mind

TBH, where I live, it seems perfectly natural to call someone a "good cunt" if they do something you agree with/like, or call someone a "shit cunt" if they do something you hate/dislike. I reckon you only really find it offensive if you're not part of a sub-culture where it's used all the time as just another noun.

this can relate to the incident currently fronting the media when prince harry called someone in his platoon or whatever a p@ki. why is this being brought up 3 years later? why isn't it simply dismissed as vulgar banter between mates? because it's non-PC and used as an offensive term in other situations, and so a prince can't be seen to be using the term in any context however nonchalant. but like you say, it's all about intention.

Rather than being sensitive to other people feelings when it comes to using language (such as a sexist bitch who overheard me say "great chick" a couple weeks ago and called me a typical man) I think everyone should just toughen up and stop sooking. I doubt there are many people on here who get abuse thrown at them from strangers as regularly as I do, but I manage not to cry about it.

Yeah when people give me shit I tend to just glower at them then forget about it. I have been known to hold grudges over things that were really trivial but for one reason or another actually got to me though. Sometimes for years. Although, I'm getting better at the whole forgive and forget thing these days, as long as the person is out of my life.

when i was in uni i got in some awfully pointless arguments that seemed really important and significant at the time, and learned that perspective is everything, but that it's impossible to observe it in the heat of a situation. moral? just roll with it and don't regret anything. which is also impossible if you're as clumsy and idiocy prone as me. done a few things recently which genuinely make me want to kill myself out of shame.
