( READ ATTACHED PRESS RELEASE ) Ubisoft and Akella this morning announced the signing of a publishing deal, one that will see Akella releasing upcoming title, EverQuest II, throughout Russia for the PC platform. EverQuest II is the latest in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) series from Sony Online Entertainment, and sets players 500 years after the events of the last title in the world of Norrath. The game includes 16 races spanning 24 classes to play as, access to the world of Norrath, and over 70,000 lines and 130 hours of dialog. With the Russian publishing deal solidified, EverQuest II will launch throughout the region shortly after its debut throughout the rest of the world on November 8th, 2004. |
